To prevent any delays or additional costs with your order please follow our artwork guidelines as specified below.
Maximum Artwork Sizes
The maximum width for printed designs is 30cm x 30cm. For embroidery designs the maximum width we can produce is 25cm. The height of your logo or image will automatically be scaled based on the width you select.
Vector files are required.
We accept the following image types: pdf, ai, eps, psd, svg, tiff, tif.
PDF files must be created from vector files. TI
The maximum file size you can upload is 50mb.
Please do not upload bitmap or low resolution images as these will not print correctly.
Please refer to the image below which illustrates the quality difference between a Vector and a Bitmap image.
Embroidery
Embroidery designs and the quoted cost includes 25,000 stitches. For designs with more than 25,000 stitches there will be an additional cost.
For embroidery designs all we need is a high resolution image or logo file.
The setup fee for your first order using a particular design is to cover the cost of us digitising your image/logo into the appropriate format for embroidery.
Logo Application Locations
Please upload your image or logo file onto the product that you wish to order using the form on each product page.
During the order process you will be asked to select an appropriate location for your logo application.
Please be aware of the dimensions of your image and your desired application area.
Some designs are not suitable to be embroidered, for example designs with colour gradients or intricate detailing.
Please note that we are always willing to help and co-operate with you to get your image to the standard required to get your job completed.
