How will my order be delivered?
All orders are sent via a standard delivery service which is trackable and typically delivered within 1-3 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
All orders over £150 are delivered free of charge. Orders under £150 will incur a £3.99 delivery fee.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order using the tracking number and tracking link provided once your order is dispatched.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Our order cut off time is 14:00pm, Monday – Friday. Orders placed before this time are usually dispatched he same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working days.
Orders for plain garments are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.
How many deliveries will my order be sent in?
We usually dispatch all orders together in one delivery under one tracking number.
In the rare event that part of an order has a slightly longer lead time and you would like the completed part of an order delivered quicker, please let us know and we will endeavour to assist you with this request.
Where do you deliver to?
UK & Ireland
We cover all mainland postcodes and delivery areas within the UK and Northern Ireland.
International Delivery
We deliver to mainland Europe and many other International locations.
We charge a flat rate of £14.99 for all international delivery orders.
International delivery typically takes 10-15 days.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer a collection option at the moment, however we hope to do so in the very near future.
